What’s the point of giving an estimated pickup time when it’s completely inaccurate. I’m still going to feed my fat face with this delicious pie, but I didn’t get the pizza until 20 minutes after the estimated pickup time. Come on.

Don’t order “extra most bestest” it’s just a way to charge you more. You will get the same pizza no matter what. Ordered both with “extra most bestest” sausage. (See photos) Also they need to sharpen their pizza cutter badly it’s like day 1 level 1 stuff GITFFS. ♀️

Went through the drive through. The girl at the drive through told me she could see my “Hot and Ready” pizza coming out of the oven and be about 5 minute wait. Pulled around and went inside. 15 minutes later I told them just give me my money back. Then the manager brought out my pizza a total of 18 minutes later. How come I was not told that the “Hot and Ready” was not ready until AFTER I paid? Then did not refund me when asked. Poor service.

Ordered online for in store pick up. More than 20 min past quoted time got email pizza was ready. walked to store. lobby was locked and the person near the counter just pointed at the drive through window. obviously being on foot in a drive through line is stupid and dangerous so we walked back home, got the car and drove back. 20 minutes to get through the line. was told not all of our items were ready, and to go back through the 20 minute line again. 90 minutes past ordering and no food. Went home to wait. Got email order was loaded into their pizza portal later – 18 minutes after the store was closed. no way to get food.

Drove thru to order a hot n ready and some crazy bread. Was told it’d be 10-15 mins. So I parked and waited and went inside to get my order after 15 mins. Only to be told it’d be right out. 10 mins or more later a man comes to tell me that my pizza hadn’t even went in the oven yet. Lol. Needless to say 45 mins later I’m finally leaving with my order.

Picked up a pizza on our way home from the East Michigan Little Caesars in Jackson. It was the worst pizza we’ve ever had. The crust was like toast and tasted like it had sat under the heat lamps for about 2 days. Unfortunately we didn’t open the box until we got home and could not call to complain because store closed at 11 and we picked it up at 10:30. When I called the next day, the person who answered the phone (who said she was one of the managers) was rude and unhelpful, and refused to do anything unless we brought the pizza back in it’s entirety which was impossible bc we ate the edible parts bc we were starving and out of options that late at night. I’d love for everyone to boycott this store bc it could happen to you too. This store does not deserve your business.

I usually don’t have anything bad to say about Lil Caes but today I tried ordering the new pineapple Pepsi and pizza, app would not work so I called, the young lady (term loosely used) that answered was rude and stated that she never heard of the offer, so someone else got on the phone and knew what we were asking for. We decided not to order food from children and ordered from a more mature and knows what’s their specials are pizza place. Get it together Lil Caes. It’ll be awhile before we return.

Best experience ever. Had a horrible experience with the other little Caesars on west Avenue. This store got it right in less time, and even apologized for the other store’s behavior. Well worth the drive across town.
