Sfoglina (sfoal-yee-nah) is Fabio Trabocchi’s ode to the Italian Dolce Vita and the craft of handmade pasta. It is inspired by the female masters of Italy, that are today cultural icons, who carried on the tradition and the art of making pasta by hand. The craft is showcased daily in our pasta rooms. Sfoglina serves light and seasonal salads, appetizers, meat and seafood entrees that can be shared, and authentic, family-favorite Italian desserts. I know what “homemade” pasta should taste like. I have made my own and had it at other fine Italian restaurants. Perhaps they use the wrong flour. I use at least some semolina flour that adds a heartiness and a texture that is somewhat more coarse.

I have been wanting to try this place since i moved into this area last year but today i finally did. I went and had dinner with a friend. The atmosphere was amazing, from the host, to the server and finally the food, everything was great. I ordered some garlic bread and then the squid ink pasta was to die for. Will definitely go back!

this location was first of their three spots, its less busy than before but it never to disappoint in the pasta and small dishes. the meatballs are to die for. the spinach avocado salad was amazing. The calamari is grills and not fired, but still tasty. braised beef ravioli are also so rich and tasty. amazing interior and ambiance

Cozy and nice restaurant. Both indoor and outdoor is a great place to sit and enjoy your one of a kind food! Really enjoyed the vive and atmosphere. It was really live both at the bar and dining area. Food presentation was beautiful and food itself was really tasty. Highly recommend it for celebration and dare night! Not to mention their service is one of the best for its price and location!

Definitely stumped the waiter by asking “what is the weirdest pasta shape you have? “, but he brought out their pasta board and his suggestion delivered! Their chefs choice was also super unique and peaked my interest as soon as it was mentioned (braised lamb, orange, and I believe cardamom stuffed inside the pasta). I also really loved the vibe and made for an excellent date spot.

Food was a little salty but plenty. The little things I really look for in a restaurant. I loved the attention to detail and the way they attended to their guest. I would go back a night with a group of friends for drinks and social gathering.

Went for my brother and sisters birthday and the thing that stood out the most was the service, it was incredible, I cannot say anything bad. As for the food everything was great too, I especially enjoyed the agnolotti and pappardelle. Definitely get the piemontese cake for dessert it’s worth it.
