I’m still trying to figure out why I arrive at this KFC at 9:15 p.m. and have to wait 30 minutes for chicken. The first thing the person tells me in Drive thru is that there will be a 30 minute wait. Yes, I was hungry so decided to wait… my choice. But they’re close at 10:00 p.m.,, so I was close. If you’re not going to have chicken available at 9:15, close early. My order was incorrect, so they had to repackage it and demolished my biscuit in the process.

Great customer service experience. The young lady in the drive through handed us our drinks and as I am moving things around in the car I spilt one of the drinks on my son in the passenger seat. She saw this and offered extra napkins and even gave us a towel to help clean it up. They also replaced the drink that spilled for free. The young lady and young man working the drive through on 7/14/23 went above and beyond what I would have expected and it is appreciated. The food was also very good! Will eat here again!

I tried to order 12 pieces extra crispy at 4 pm I was told they didn’t have any crispy chicken I asked how long would it be I could wait she stated that they hadn’t started it yet so I said just mix it give me what you have,When I get to window I asked the lady if they do discount since can’t get what we ordered she nastily said we don’t do discounts anymore I asked how a chicken place runs out of chicken she claims it was busy with a attitude mind you there was no one else there she gave me my food I said thank you have a nice day she didn’t respond until I started to leave she opened the window and said I had a attitude I drove around went inside asked to speak to the manager who she then claimed to be which pretty sure she lied this is second time there in last few months that they claim to be out of crispy chicken either keep up or take it off menu this place has gone down hill and I’m done with that location

Prices have gone way up, service and food way down. Had 4 little pieces of chicken in classic bowl, all mashed potatoes very little corn , no gravy. Threw it away, waste of money. Avoid this location, it used to be awesome. It’s horrible post Covid

I was the only instore at 1st still took over 20 mins to get a meal and another man came in as I was waiting and they had still not took his order when I left. Poor service. Don’t believe I’ll be returning anytime soon . Oh and the buffet is permanently closed .

Drive-Thru. A great experience when compared with the Staunton KFC. My 12-piece bucket of chicken was full to the brim, unlike my prior experience at Staunton. I shall go here whenever the yen for KFC hits me. Cashier very nice!
