Everytime I go in for lunch the prices go up. And there’s not enough food on the buffet to compensate the prices. I went last week, it was little less than 8 dollars. Today , it was $13.18.

The food was awful. The air conditioner was not working. When we complained about the food, the manager started screaming at us. You could hear him all over the restaurant. When my husband asked what we owed for 2 buffets, he screamed and said it would be $40.00. My husband said why so much. The manager screamed and said I put a sign up on the door 2 weeks ago that there was lobster on the menu. NO SIGN!! No where in this town is a buffet in a scorching hot restaurant $40.00. I DONT KNOW WHY MY HUSBAND HANDED THAT MAN $40.00, BUT HE DID. We were absolutely shocked at how we were treated. The food was so bad that we barely ate a bite of each thing we tasted. I have never had anyone treat us so badly as this man did. It was absolutely shocking. The health department needs to pay this place a visit. They need to get someone with a little bit of class and education to run the place. You never treat customers this way. You do not scream at customers, and you do not charge them more than the regular price because you have to work in a 120-degree restaurant or because of a customer complaining about the food. The average cost of a buffet in Madison and Marshall County is around $28.00. If he isn’t the owner of this restaurant, he should be fired!! If he is the owner, he should be ashamed of himself. If I could give this place a zero, I would.

Some food from bar was not at proper temperature. The water taste really bad and something in the ice cream machine made it taste bitter. Not impressed. Photo pictured is the plate I made. 3 of the 4 items were not even warm. It was cold.

The fried fish was way over cooked and dry. The butter potatoes were almost raw, very poorly cooked. Poor selection over all and almost everything was too tough and over cooked. I will not return.

If I could put zero stars I would, undercooked food, over cooked food, pizza tasted like it was sitting outside for a while, ribs tasted like cardboard, drinks were flat, bathroom was prolly the nastiest bathroom I’ve been in. Do not come here!!
