The Best Lemon Chicken!! The lemon chicken was moist and delicious with a light, crispy batter. The sauce was smooth with a perfect ratio of sweet and tangy. Lemon chicken is an art. I have found two restaurants that make it crispy and saucy (not soggy), with a fresh lemon flavor; Mr. King’s in Crystal River, Florida and the Golden Bowl. Lack of ambience, made up for by flavor, portions and prices.

We got our order to go. First time trying golden bowl and it wasn’t bad. Loved the fried rice, probably my favorite thing out of everything I ate. Our order wasn’t entirely correct, we subbed something out for another item and didn’t get it. Felt like we didn’t get enough meat to rice ratio and the meat didn’t have much flavor. The staff was very nice, I would go back to try again.
