About a month ago ordered pizza from the app, got a message saying it was ready, went to pick up to learn it wasn’t even going to be made for at least another 30 min because of a large order before me. I was not happy… Tonight, ordered on the app, for delivery, paid the Pizza Hut “delivery fee” and submitted my order. Seconds later got a text from door dash (which I don’t use) saying my delivery person from door dash would be there later with my pizza and to have $16 plus tip ready. Was a nightmare to try to cancel, they were rude at Pizza Hut, felt sorry for the door dash delivery girl trying to get it straight. Tried to not let me cancel saying I wouldn’t get a refund, thank goodness for me I was paying cash so only because of that I feel they cancelled it. I wasn’t going to accept it…. But #1 I didn’t want door dash, I don’t like it and it was never advertised. Certainly wouldn’t have agreed to an extra $16 delivery fee on a $25 pizza order. But also how on earth Pizza Hut are you going to charge me a delivery fee and then sub it out to door dash and they charge a delivery fee as well?! And there was absolutely nothing about using door dash when I submitted my order.

Took awhile for delivery when it’s literally across the street and there Is the box looking like this when I get. Seals broken sides of the box hanging out. Then there is the preparation of the pizza. As you can see by the pictures they literally just threw whole stacks of pepperoni on the pizza. I won’t be ordering from this particular establishment again.

NOT HAPPY! I got a text at 9:17 saying my pizza was out for delivery.. at 9:44 pizza is delivered and it was cold. I literally live 5 minutes – 1.8 miles from the Pizza Hut. I had prepaid the pizza and a 20% tip for the driver. Extremely disappointed!!

The pizza that I ordered should have been a flat crust pizza with barbecue bacon the pizza should have been cut into squares when the pizza arrived it was no barbecue sauce on the pizza it was cut into regular pizza slices it was made like a deep dish pizza sort out a lot of dry crust I was very disappointed tried to call and report it and they would not answer my phone call so I called corporate the driver also fraudulently got more money than she should have gotten so I feel she stole money from m

Our pizza was Lukewarm, Cheesesticks were crispy and hardly any cheese. One of our pizzas did not have bacon on it like it was ordered and I wished they had an option to add garlic butter to the crust at no charge. Other than this, the lady at the register was kind and it was clean.

We used to frequent this location, like at least once a week, but lately it hasn’t been worth it. We waited so long for a delivery a few months ago that we ended up just going to get it ourselves (over an hour). After that we started getting dominos instead. Last night we ordered two pizzas and wings. My thin and crispy pizza came with literal dough in the center, like sticky, wet dough. My fiance’s hand tossed came so wet the box was leaking. The wings came out alright.
