My pizza was the worst I’ve ever had. Manager refused to give e me a refund. The melt was black , burned and I couldn’t eat it. I have been going to this location over 20 years. I’m very disappointed. I have to find a new Pizza place. Too bad.

This used to be my favorite location to order my pizza. Unfortunately it has become the worst place to order food. There’s a constant change in staff (I wonder why) the managers they currently have is the worst. No one takes pride in their job and act as if they are doing the customers a favor. I’ve come to this location twice when this new manager well I’m assuming she’s new because I recently just started seeing her by the name of Shade speaking to staff in an irate manner in front of customers including myself. I’ve witness her swing the door open really hard that if someone was standing close they would’ve been hit, tonight again I’ve witnessed her talking to a male staff in an irate manner, stating “if you don’t care then don’t come in” I’ve been seeing this young man here for the many times I’ve been coming here and he seemed to be one of the best workers and one that have been there the longest this is not a good workplace environment for the staff and I’ve never encountered an unpleasant visit until recently when they went under new management. On top of my food not done correctly 90% of the time you have to change your order because they don’t have what you need prep. I will definitely be making a formal complaint to corporate and will continue to make complaints until a change is made. We spend our hard earn money here. Everyone should think twice before stepping foot back in this location. Bring the old crew back

My wife ordered 4 pizzas for my daughter’s sleepover, and when they arrived, they were almost totally lacking cheese on them, they were dry and cold. She called back and was told that they would make 4 fresh pizzas and send them back out to be delivered. All we were asked to do was swap the old pizzas for the new pizzas when the driver arrived. When the second driver arrived with the new pizzas, he was expecting to get paid for the pizzas. We told him what the manager told my wife on the phone, and he said he had no idea what we were talking about. I then called the store to talk with the manager(Matthew) and he said he forgot to tell the driver about the swap. As I am talking to Matthew on the phone, my wife opens the 4 new pizza boxes to examine their contents and discovers that 2 of the new pizzas are just as bad as the first 4, and the other 2 aren’t much better. Matthew didn’t really seem like he wanted to do anything to help fix the situation other than to tell us that they are putting cheese on the pizzas and aren’t trying to cheat us out of any cheese. I don’t understand how someone can look at such poorly made/cooked pizzas, seal the box with a sticker and then send them on their way as if everything is good to go. We just swapped the pizzas out because we had hungry kids and didn’t want to have to wait longer to feed them. I felt like sending them all back and getting a refund, but sometimes you have to pick your battles. I tipped the second driver for his trouble because at least he was empathetic and very apologetic for our situation(it wasn’t his fault at all). I can’t say we won’t try again, because we love Pizza Hut and this location is less than 1/2 mile from our house, but we are really disappointed in the quality this time and Matthew’s seemingly lack of resolution skills.

Barely any cheese on the pizza, really really thin, like basically a thin crust but definitely did not order that. It doesn’t even taste like it usually does, seems to be missing some kind of crust seasoning. Very dry crust which is really weird for Pizza Hut..and it’s a stuffed crust so not even sure how it’s possible.

With so many 1 star reviews you would think they would get their act together. The issues are very consistent and it’s pretty clear what they need to work on… BUT NO. They take forever to deliver, they deliver lukewarm, they deliver sloppy…. Their super supreme looked like they tossed all the ingredients and hoping one of them stuck. Their bacon chicken melt was just a salty mess… never again.

I’d given them the previously good rating but the last 2 times I’ve ordered from them without letting me know they had a doordasher deliver my food and both times the food was very late very dried app and old and terrible I called the business but they never answered the phone the first time the second time they just put me on hold and then they never got back on stars i’d given one maybe but they were given the past

I waited three hours, called eleven times, and had to go to the store ( I ordered delivery ) because the driver brought it to the wrong house. Definitely not ordering from Pizza hut again.

The food overall is great every visit. Rude customer service from the lady in the front with the missing tooth, assuming it is the manager. She does not tend to the customers in a timely manner, yells welcome to Pizza Hut and does not show up in the front until 5-10 minutes later. I heard constant yelling towards the employees in the back and unprofessional use of language to them as well. There have been numerous occasions where I hear yelling in the back of the store, this has not been the first case. She also does not wear a hat around the preparation of the food. She does not need a position in that store !
