Went in to get a pizza after some shopping and was greeted by a helpful worker (I think her name was Hailey). She let us know there would be a wait and apologized because it’s supposed to be hot and ready. We said that was fine and waited for the pizzas and it was well worth the wait. Look at the FREAKING PIZZAS!!! Best pizzas from Little Caesars we’ve had. 10/10

AVOID! They take your money and do not give you pizzas. I did an online order. It was supposed to be ready at 12:00 p.m. for drive through pickup. Got there at 12:05. It wasn’t ready and they said to park and they would bring it to me in a few minutes. At 12:30 they had still not brought it out. I went to walk inside to get the pizzas (because they had time to completely start and bake the pizzas between 12:05 and 12:30 if they had forgotten to start them) and they had locked the doors and WOULD NOT COME TO THE DOOR!! Could not get my pizzas, nor could not get my money back for my prepaid pizzas. Do not come to this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I thought little Caesar’s was “HOT AND READY”?!? My last three visits I’ve ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas and I’ve waited minimally 30 minutes for 2 pizzas. Terrible advertising, I’d recommend changing the name to “undercooked and forever waiting” dominoes and papa John’s from this point forward. If I have to wait 30 minutes for a pizza I might as well get one worth waiting for.

After waiting nearly 25 minutes for the ONE vehicle that was already at the window. I then approach the window to order. Just to get told they don’t have any pizzas ready, which I understand…. Alot of entry level jobs are having a hard time finding help… Nothing wrong with that, however waiting an additional 25 minutes for my pepperoni “hot but not ready” has now put me at nearly a hour wait. Not sure… If they can only make a pizza at a time, but with no one coming in or by, I would think they could have attempted to catch up. I also get told there is no crazy bread…. No offer for a wait time on that either….. Like I said. I’m cool with waiting with a company that’s short staffed. But if that’s the case. Please ensure your employees are friendly and able to not detour your customers away. The staff was not friendly, not informative, and left little regard for consumer care or the business as a whole. I did recieveve a pretty warm pizza that still tastes mediocre. I’ve eaten little caesers hundreds of times, and have recieved a cold hot and ready that was more flavorful with a better experience than tonight. I do appreciate affordable pizza, however the crazy wait time could have been a better experience, with a more experienced customer service representative.

This is by far the worst Little Caesars that I have ever been to. I understand that it’s not a high quality place and that’s understandable. But trying to get a bunch of kids some pizza this is my usual go to. The pizza was disgusting at this location, compared to every other little Caesars I’ve been to. The deep dish I ordered couldn’t even be considered a deep dish pizza. It was an oval of dough with toppings just thrown on top. This location needs new management or new employees.

This is the worst place to eat! I placed a order online for pickup when I got to the drive thru window the manager was very rude. Said my money was refunded back to my card. This was on june 16. I gave them till today(June 23) to refund it and still has not been. I stopped by the store to see what was wrong. The manager (different then before) was yet again rude. I showed her my bank app and the emails. Showing I was not refunded. I told her if she couldnt refund me then. at least make the order. She walks out of the store and went to Walmart to buy a Toleat plunger. I waited an hour for something to be done. I did receive my order a week later. And with the worst customer service. Dont waste your time or money at this place. Corporate needs to really clean house. Myself nor anyone I know will not be back. Seriously, if you dont like your job, there are plenty of people that would love to have it!

Made a online pickup order at 6:15pm, pizza was done at 6:09pm and they didn’t have it ready until 6:34pm. Multiple people pulled out of the drive thru to go inside and were waiting, they got their food before me and I was still waiting. When the food was ready it had been just sitting on the counter instead of in the pizza portal like it was supposed to be “hot and fresh” it was cold when I picked it up.

In what world does one single pepperoni pizza (a hot and ready-what a joke) take over an hour at little ceasers and to not even acknowledge an issue on their part. Do better. Absolutely horrible, trash customer service to pair with their sub par pizza.

It’s Little Caesars! Fast and tasty. We ordered 8 large pizzas, and they were done when they said they would be done. The lady at the window was super nice and an absolute blast to chat with.

Horrendous customer service. They had people waiting 2 hours for one pizza. Workers in the back throwing pizza dough at eachother, yelling at eachother, using profanities with a lobby full of customers. Friday night with a good 15 people in the lobby all waiting for their orders (which no one got). How this place is still open is beyond me
