I have been a loyal customer of this establishment,since they were solely a bakery. I went a couple of days ago to get a large oxtail dinner. The staff had the worst attitude, which I’m not used to. When I placed my order,the employee went to the back to fix my plate. I thought nothing of it. It gets worse,I said I wanted gravy,I was told it was on the rice. When I get home which is just across the street, my oxtail was tough as diamond dust,my rice dry as a hot Jamaica day,and my cabbage raw as cole slaw. I called multiple times and noone answered,I threw away $22.00. Lesson learned Obs lacks consistency,and I would rather get my food from The Door.

The food here is always fresh. well seasoned and delicious. I have catered the salmon 2 years in a row for Thanksgiving and both times my guess were pleased. Definately not cheap, however worth it. Never had a bad experience.

This food use to be great but tonight I was disappointed. Overpriced and the oxtails were not tender or a decent portion for $18.00 small. I love the baked chicken but it didn’t look appetizing at all tonight. You gotta ask for a utensil they should ask u since it’s law. Pay for gravy like they giving a cup

First visit was great. Second visit on Sunday 10/30 I was told they charge .75 cents for oxtail gravy when you get peas and rice. I was rung up for about $8 dollars for a medium order of peas and rice with cabbage and gravy. I was told to go back in the line to have the order redone without the cabbage. The attitude was provided free of charge though!

My friend ordered me a large beef soup and there was literally 1 piece of beef in it. I called them immediately and without any remorse the only concern was who served it. I then went to take it back again not so much as a sorry for the inconvenience. Still just who served once that was advised they say we will add some beef. They come back with a coffee cup with 2 small chunks of beef. I said this is not sufficient for a large soup. The response was like oh well so what. I then asked for a refund they took another customer and the seem annoyed but started the refund. I said mam you have not even said any thing customer service oriented. She looked up rolled her eyes and then gave me back the money. I left still hungry and appalled at the lack of customer service.
