Just stopped in for a late dinner and although I rarely eat meat, this place seemed to be the only place open. I wanted a glass of wine, so paired it with a steak. The Marinated Skirt Steak was tender, juicy, and cooked as requested (medium rare) and came with fries. The marinade was a little salty, but that’s just my palate. The service was relatively quick and I didn’t have to wait (at 10pm.) $40 for steak. $14 for wine, plus tax and tip…

Decent for airport food standards. I don’t know why the only restaurants they have in Terminal 7/United is burger joints, but at least this one is the best out of them all. I ordered the wrap and my husband got a chicken sandwich. They were decent and filling. The alcoholic drinks were okay – bloody mary and a mimosa. They upsell you on the fresh-squeezed orange juice so I just ordered a regular, and I think they still put in fresh-squeezed orange juice. Don’t fall for the more expensive one!

Terrible service. There was a sign that said seat yourself. We walked to an open table and were rudely told by an unprofessional employee that they were closing that side of the restaurant and that we had to pick a table on the other side. I looked around and all the tables on the other side were either occupied or covered in trash and dirty plates. I get the feeling that the real reason is that she didn’t want to bother with us. We walked out. I suspect we avoided a long wait for crummy overpriced food.

Hamburgers are beyond delicious. The cob salad with chicken was so tasty, and the cocktails, although expensive, were nightclub level… Meaning they were great! Thank you Richard for being such a kind and attentive server to very travel-frustrated customers. We were so amazed by the quality of this little restaurant close to our gate.

DO NOT COME!!!!! Very bad service. Waiters are very rude. Especially the African American lady. The tables are empty but I still waited 30 min+. And after I took the seat, I waited another 30+ mins and waiters just told me to wait to get ordered. And then I left the place because they will most likely delay your flight.

Went in for a beer service was very slow had to wait to be seated when there was clearly no one in there. They over charged my bill which I didn’t notice until the next day $82 for two beers. Rip off

Fast service! Had a great time, my server was a short African-American woman with round-rimmed glasses – made my trip go from stressful to laid back. Even though it was busy, staff seemed not to be in the weeds but on top of everything. Great work BGrill!
