This is usually my favorite mexican restaurant in downtown Minneapolis despite having a short menu due to the pandemic. But today when ordering my “torta de tinga de pollo” ( mexican sandwich ) there was no Oaxaca cheese that makes it special different from the others, and the chips were very greasy. The customer service is slow but is understandable due to the current situation but the quality of the food should still be of a better quality.

Terrible service, and the food isn’t a good enough value to make it worth it. They don’t open on time, just act as if there isn’t a group of customers standing outside, and only opened after we called to ask if they were going to, then we stand inside as they ignore us, and then let you stand there, the order right there next to them getting cold, while they just ignore you and keep prepping.

Food is always bomb, lines are long over lunch, that’s a good thing right?! Steak quesadilla is worth the trek across DT during the noon rush. No horchata today can’t give it the full 5 stars they normally deserve.

I love the food here. Service can be rude.. today they refused a glass for ice water for the first time ever since I’ve been eating here. ($20 meal after tip for myself ♂️). Probably will not return.. might seem petty but customer service still should mean something. Worst part is they won’t care because their lines are usually out the door for lunch..

Food tastes great, but prices keep raising (over $10 with tax for this burrito alone), and the 5 chips they consistently put with the meal is borderline insulting. Won’t be coming back anymore.

You changed your taco special to tacos with pre-determined toppings. Differing from that cost me an additional $10 making my total $18 for 3 street tacos. I will never eat at your restaurant again. I can get more for my dollar at Chipotle for way less.
