En 1969 mis abuelitos comenzaron una rica tradición familiar, en la ciudad de Matamoros, llamada #GORDOLELE. Vendiendo unos pequeños pero riquísimos taquitos y tres salsas, Tomate, Tomatillo y Chile. Después en 1982 mis padres abren otra sucursal.
Con el tiempo fuimos incrementando más productos, tostadas, sopes, flautas, tamales, frijoles a la charra y cueritos curtidos.
Y en el año 2006 abrimos mi madre y un servidor Sheko de la Garza, la primera #TAQUERIASHEKOS y hoy en día contamos con 5 sucursales

This is a fantastic restaurant for street tacos. They accommodated for our 30+ mission trip group, and provided us some really good tacos. The red and green salsas were excellent with the tacos. Atmosphere was fun and friendly. Would eat here again for sure.

The tacos are great. I used to order for delivery but have been going to dine in lately. My friends asked me to try the suadero and molleja ones and I will definitely be ordering them again. My friends also said their popsicles taste great but we always have too many tacos and don’t have any room left to try them.

So much extra with these tacos!! Growing up I would eat these style with the family when we crossed into Mexico. This has been the closest I’ve gotten to that feeling. The home run was the tomato sauce!! Stop in and try it for yourself!

Liked going there and eating taquitos with my wife.. great atmosphere.. music was a bit loud. Couldn’t concentrate on the food.. still. Had a great time there. My waiter, and the cashiers were very friendly. Oh !! One more thing, you guys need a bigger parking lot!! Its all good. We got a space and had a great time.. thank you guys!!!

Worst service ever. Second time this happens with this establishment. I ordered dinner trough @doordash the order was incomplete. I didn’t received my drinks. I call to complain and joanna didn’t even offer a reinsbursement for the drinks. I asked her to talk to supervisor and she denied. I feel robbed. They should have sent my drinks via doordash just the same way i paid for the service. I will never go back.

We was starting the Brownsville Taco Trail. I forgot to use my coupon, but we had 9 taco’s a very small bowl of bean soup and a water for $14 so the price was good. The taco’s where delicious. They brought out heated salsa also. What I didn’t like was the use a lot of styrofoam. Though the taco’s came on a plastic tray with a liner.

If I could write this place, zero stars, I would. The owner is incredibly disrespectful and entitled and has absolutely no patience for anyone. If you’re hoping for help or wanted to have a conversation and be polite as possible this is not the place to come. When I was asking questions over the phone, the owner at me inside in frustration, although I was trying to get some help him.
