I got a crunch wrap and a grilled cheese burrito. One was burnt I was trying to pick off the burnt parts to eat but there was just a lot not to mention when she pulled it out I watch the lady smack it and not just some little tap u know like smack it. The grilled cheese burrito looked good on the board so I ordered it as a separate order after already placing my 1st order as u can see the cheese is very under cooked. I dined in so there was no reason for them to rush that fast. There are 5 other people in here besides me rn but when I walked in there was one other person who already had their food. The best part of my meal was the Baja Blast!

This location makes at least one item in my order incorrectly at least 50% of the time. The employees will not only ignore requests for item customization, they’ll add ingredients to items for seemingly no reason. Even an item that explicitly mentions the protein it contains in the item name cannot be made properly here.

Got the doritos locos tacos after waiting in line for about 20 minutes and both were very under filled and not good. They also put both of my hard tacos at the bottom of the bag under burritos. This isn’t the 1st time this has happened.

Spicy potato soft tacos are back!!! I roll up to order and there is some wild chalupa thing that is new? It was so tempting to get it, but I was on a mission and had to get the spicy potato soft tacos since it was their first day back. How do I give them an extra star, because they earned it!

So I did an online order and I drove up to the drive up window not knowing I was supposed to mention it in the speaker the lady at the window was extremely rude and didn’t have a great attitude. Had I known I would have said in the speaker I have an online order to pick up!! If that’s how you treat customers why would anyone want to come to your location?

So how u going to work at Taco Bell when asked is the XXL grilled steak burrito coming back and the dude at the drive thru says was that a thing. Then I ask him how long he worked there and he said it’s a family business n his mom worked for Taco Bell but damn that was the best thing on the menu when they had it. Worst experience ever and my tacos had no meat n no lettuce and the one in east Wenatchee is way better plz go there.

My food always comes fresh and yummy! I love how they have more vegetarian items now. I wish I could get an Impossible Meat taco but I know that can be a very expensive option. The Doritos Locos are definitely my favorite tacos! Sometimes I don’t get hot sauce, napkins, or straw included but usually the order is accurate! With that survey they have on the receipt it would be great to win some cash so I can eat Taco Bell every Saturday after work!
