Very good place and a lot of good food. the sandwiches were amazing and the customer service were really nice and the place is very clean but the only reason i gave a 4 star was for the lack of vegetarian options in subs but the soups were good but overall an amazing place.

I ordered an Avo Turkey sandwich, which is supposed to come with turkey, avocado, and cucumber. I added pickles, mayonnaise, and provolone to the order. I recieved a sandwich with only turkey, pickles, and mayonnaise. No avocado or cucumber, which comes with the Avo Turkey sandwich. No cheese. 3/6 ingredients that I asked for, 2/3 ingredients are supposed to come with the sandwich. Not impressed.

The food we ordered was delicious and the presentation was good. We didn’t get thrown together sandwiches as some places have done. We would have given 5 stars if the subs were a bit bigger (even if it was just a few dollars more). Definitely worthwhile ordering food from here.

Although the location is conveniently closer to home, I wish I went to my usual spot in Reston. Not only was the service slow, the employees looked miserable (particularly the cashier). The sandwich was incredibly salty, and the slowness of it all is what will prevent me from going back to this chain. Keep in mind there was only 1 person ahead of me and wasn’t busy by any means. Customer service definitely needs to improve.

I initially wasn’t going to leave a review for the horrible service I just received, but I see there is an ongoing problem based on the other reviews. I walked in to pick up an online order at 3 pm October 4, 2020 and was met by a rather rude employee. I asked the employee for my order and he looked at me like I was crazy. Once he figured out which order I was there for, he started making the sandwich. Not speaking a word nor did he let me know when the sandwich was ready. I’d say this location needs to talk to their employees about customer service. I will not be going back to this location.

I arrived to pick-up an online order at 2:30 pm, it became apparent that someone had walked away with my order within a few moments, and within 10min the team had remade my order and got me back on my way with lunch. The entire team had a GREAT attitude about it, and I appreciated their attention to covid guidelines and especially their good attitudes about a situation that none of us had any control over.
