This location was extremely short staffed on our visit. BUT, I want to say, the older gentleman (didn’t get his name) was a true professional. I was a restaurant manager for years and I would have loved to have this man plus 10 more like him on my team! He never lost his cool during our visit. He was very polite. He did his job and more! There were other customers that were getting upset (shame on you) but he rocked it like champion!!

Morning staff is 10/10 but after breakfast attitudes definitely go either way. They usually give me the right items and haven’t had to really wait in drive-thru. Morning staff is definitely the best part. Can express how nice they are.

My experience today was past awful. I ordered a simple double cheeseburger meal. No onions extra pickles meal. First sandwich was plain, second sandwich was a single cheeseburger, third sandwich came with onions but no pickles. After that and waited for almost 30 minutes, I asked for my money back and they will never see me there again. That’s the worst McDonald’s ever.

This is consistently a poor performing McDonalds. It had gotten better, but returned to it’s old habits. It took 40 minutes to get my food the other day. I was told to pull forward and park in space #4 after I had paid for the order. After asking the girl running orders to cars several times if I should go inside and get my order and being told: “no, that they had run out of meat and to be patient”, I finally went in and still waited 5-10 minutes. My food was cold when I got it. There was receipts lying all over the place inside like nobody was keeping it clean. It looked like utter chaos. There was no apology or anything. I doubt I go here again for a long time. This was not even a peak time like lunch for them. It was nearly 3pm.

I ordered a quarter pounder sandwich meal. Not sure how a fish fillet ended up with mustard ketchup and onions on my sandwich. It is completely disgusting and I was on the road traveling back home a couple hours away and didn’t get to see it until I was about 45 minutes away. If I could get this restaurant zero stars I would I was waiting in the curbside pick up for 30 minutes and they told me up on the app my order was delivered I had to go inside to get it and they gave me the wrong size drink and a nasty sandwich .

Service is not that great. Gets the order wrong a lot of times or the frappe machine is broken. Window employees rarely smile or say thank you and have a nice day…most of the time they just hand your food out the window without a word.

Worst experience ever. We ordered two egg McMuffins and a sausage biscuit, 10 minutes later I asked the worker to check on our food. He said they are waiting on food? 15 minutes in we requested a refund and he told us the manager is over there but never moved to go get her! We walked out without our food after that. If I was on naked and afraid and hadn’t eaten for 21 days I would keep going verse eat there!!!! Save yourself a headache and don’t go there!!!!!!

Ordered a bagel with butter Burrito with an orange juice they didn’t have anything.. no bagel burrito nor orange juice, then I substitute for other items that were cheaper, so I lost out of money because I was in a rush for work.. not much, maybe 3 or too, Dollars. But the manager told me at the first window that she could make it. Then I had another person to ask me at the second window that they couldn’t make it… Just bad business..

Average at best. Food is typical fast food quality although fast doesn’t describe the speed of food delivery. Frys were cold when we got our burgers. Shake machine was broken….again. Bathrooms need help. Facility remodel is nice.
