Small place with nice vibe. Interestingly bangklyn is Bangkok + Brooklyn. As the caption says, it’s no nonsense and easy food. Pad Thai was delicious.

Definitely the best, most flavourful Pad Thai I’ve ever had! You know how they always advertise it with a tamarind sauce; well I don’t know about you but I’ve never once actually tasted the tamarind before. This pad thai was delightfully tangy and simple, filled with noodles, red and green onions, bean sprouts, and topped with a runny fried egg. (BTW, the photo of pad Thai on this page looks nothing like it). The fried chicken with it was very crispy and a nice complement to the extreme tanginess of the noodles.

My friend took me here to have her favorite tamarind coconut soup with rice noodles and it did not disappoint. The tofu and mushroom came piping hot, poured over the rice noodles, made it an absolutely tasty meal on its own!

The little nook of a restaurant, the food is delicious and Pat, the cook, is very attentive to your specific orders. This restaurant inside is not big but this little nook of a restaurant is wonderful in food and service. Just to mention that inside the restaurant that are jackets and clothing with designs that artists have contributed to display

I don’t want anyone to know about this wonderful restaurant, because I fear once discovered I won’t be able to get in. All dishes prepared with soul and genius of experience. Decor is best of what people mean by eclectic, one of the tables is a very old and well used drafting table, with 10,000 memories shining through. I’ll say simply: best restaurant in New York City.

Laid back and solid comfort food. This is a constant for me. Their pad thai is exactly what it should be: simple and without all the frills. Their crab basil fried rice is on point. I also love their khao mun gai. The chicken broth just hits the spot and reminds me of home cooking. Chef Pat is super chill and so fun to talk to. Go here. You will not be disappointed!

Probably one of the best dinners I’ve had in the city! Extremely delicious food. The fried rice was very good and the music was impeccable. The Chef is the best, such an excellent cook. I’ll be returning many many times again.

Legit one of best places in New York City. We have sampled so many quaint/hole in the wall type restaurants but this one takes the cake. The dishes may seem like regular Thai food but wait till the explosion happens inside your mouth. Mr. Prasong Kanhasura, the founder of this place is real.
