Pronounced Lay Swah meaning The Evening in English. This is definitely a place go for an impression date or a celebration meal. The Food is delicious and the Drinks are made to perfection. Outstanding! My server, Anne Marie, was fabulous.

The chef freshly prepares each dish with quality, perfect temperature, flavor…simply delicious They have the best escargot we’ve had! We keep coming back just for that and roast duck in orange sauce! Tried the calf liver with onions and crispy bacon on top and it is very delicious. They make their own ice cream which is the best ice cream we’ve ever had…so very creamy! Excellent service and cozy place.

Updated review: Every course was perfection. We were not rushed and always checked on. The food is excellent and it is so amazing to have a high quality restaurant that is so local.

Went for my wife’s Birthday and the staff and the ambiance did not disappoint. A+ across the board. The staff was friendly, the food was exceptional and the atmosphere felt natural and warm. I would definitely recommend the duck as well as the pan-seared salmon. Will visit again for a special occasion.

Quite simply the French restaurant we have ever been to. The food was extraordinary and the service was fantastic. Cathy accomidated us very well as we decided to get there earlier than our reservation time for mothers day. We ordered the Crab Cakes, Baked Inion Soup, colliflower soup, filete de sole and pan fried Scottish Salmon.

What an amazing experience. I’ve been wanting to try this place for so long so I decided to today. Everything was great from the atmosphere, food and service. I had the beet salad and the sirloin streak. Both were great and it was the best meal I have had in quite some time. I will definitely be back and I recommend it to any one.

This place has been around forever, so I figured it must be amazing. We were torn between coming here or going to la plage. We decided on this place because they had escargot. The escargot, the main reason we came here was a giant disappointment unfortunately, probably the worst escargot I’ve ever had. The duck and steak were decent but the vegetables were bland and overcooked. It was loud, crowded and expensive. We will probably try la plage next time we get all dressed up

I just called the restaurant to see if they took reservations. I will be visiting for 4 weddings this summer and we have family who are from and live in the Hamptons. When they answered, they put me on hold before even saying a word. When they took me off hold they said, “Le Noir, how could we help you.” I said, “hi quick question” and they proceeded to hang up on me. Terrible customer service. I frequent Michelin star and upscale restaurants and they will never have my business.

I’ve been there for dinner multiple times. Great venue but can be noisy as their dining room is small and a little cramped.
