As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Got milkshake & Ice cream with Carmel & chocolate cheesecake. Gave her $20.38 on a $7.38 bill. Lady at window got us talking n never gave us our $13 change. Realized it 2 hours later. Don’t live close by. Location won’t answer phone. Tried calling back for 45 mins straight. Not happy

These 5 stars are for an individual, I want to give a BIG THANK YOU!!!! to the manager, Kacey who was running the night shift on 10/28. She was very friendly, empathetic & her customer service is off the charts!! Not only did she eat the food cost for a mistake the E.Main St store did, she made my milkshakes that I didn’t get at the other store without question and fixed a mistake that was not her responsibility to do. That is the definition of a great manager!! Give that woman a raise!! Thank You Kacey you rock!! ❤️

After numerous experiences of takeout orders being incorrectly filled by a number of other chains, how wonderful to get exactly what we ordered. The wait in line was reasonable, the food was very hot and delicious…fries, a classic chicken sandwich and a bacon burger. We will be picking Rallys, certainly at this location, over other burger/taco/fast food spots.
