Wow, waited a long time for this one to open! A long time fan of Chef Raul, this is an AMAZING place! A hidden gem, but worth seeking out. AUTHENTIC latin cuisine hot fresh and delicious. I had the Jerk Chicken Platter. The seasoning was on point and the flavors ran deep and with a nice bite. Arroz con Gandules (rice and pigeon peas) was delicious too, and I am not a big rice fan. Yellow rice, peas and a touch of olive. I can’t wait for the first International festival to be held at PREP Food Junction & Raul’s!

We hired Raul for our daughters Quinceañera. From the tasting to the event Raul’s food was deliciously consistent. Everyone at the party raved about how delicious the food all night long!! Raul was professional, clear with communication , and helpful with ideas and suggestions. The party was a hit and we still have people reaching out to us requesting details on the food.
