I was kind of surprised when I got here. Maybe because I didn’t see much interior photos of this restaurant online. This is actually not a regular restaurant, but more like a take out place with a few tables and chairs. Although it is clean and nice, but space is limited. It is definitely not suitable for a large group nor family with baby strollers. They have parking spaces in the rear behind the restaurant. The entrance is narrow! I nearly pass that when it is right next to the restaurant.

Had beef drunken noodle and it was impressive in taste. It didn’t taste typical but slightly more spicy with lesser amount of brown sauce (?). Every ingredient in it tasted fresh and it was properly cooked. Thai iced tea was served in the bottle that looked like a milk bottle. It also tasted great! Dining in is not offered at this restaurant and actually, I felt like I picked up my food from someone’s house. And I’ve noticed many stores and restaurants look like residential houses in Philly. I will try another menu next time.

The lemongrass soup was delicious, robust flavor with a kick. The drunken noodles dish was my least favorite of any thai restaurant I’ve eaten from before. The main issue was the noodles, they are supposed to be flat, wide and thin. These were not, the texture was more like wheat pasta and I would guess they came out of a bag… The flavor of the sauce was just ok.

My wife and I absolutely loved this little hole in the wall. The food was flavorful, delicious and very authentic. Each dish is made to order by choosing your base dish and adding a protein and level of spice. We ordered the drunken noodles, Pad Thai and crispy calamari. The Pad Thai was very flavorful and perfect balance of sweet & spicy. The calamari was made with real squid. Lightly fried and not oily.

The food here was so good. Their chicken Satay and calamari appetizers were delicious. I ordered the Thai bamboo with chicken and beef which was very tasty and filling. Ordering online seems to be the best way to order. Their online service was quick and easy to use and I could find everything I wanted to order and customize the items how I wanted. Lastly their Thai tea and coffee were amazing. I highly recommend ordering one or the other with your food. We’ll definitely order here again.

While I’m sure the food would have been good, apparently another employee took our food order (and didn’t return it!) from the receptionist’s desk where it was delivered. This is a call out to the universe that I hope whoever took my food stubs their toe today!!

Rare find… their food is consistently repeatable, and delicious. VEGETARIANS: The Pad woon sen, spicy #5, never fails to disappoint. (WARNING: DO NOT order any spicy dish unless you regularly consume heat. Spicy #5 is on par w/carolina reapers and trinidad scorpion chili peppers) All the many savory flavors of the fresh vegetarian ingredients come thru. Vegs & noodes that R crisp, local, PERFECTLY cooked. After I’m done w/the full bowl (uhh, PIG! it’s enuff for leftovers) my eyes R tearing and my mouth is burning. It’s always the same… PERFECT!!!! SSTK, U R a credit to the restaurant industry. ❤️ And the owner, her name is Nice… treats her customers like GOLD. True chef and entrepeneur.

Went there a couple of weeks ago. There is a small area to eat, but it’s primarily for takeout.
