WIsh I could give this place 0 stars. This used to be my go to spot in Tallahassee and I introduced tens of people to the place. Years later, I decided to stop in town just to get a sub while on a trip. I quickly found out that the lobby was closed although this was not advertised online. I would have ordered online, but I wanted to order in person since it was a major throwback. I was not allowed to go in, although there were a couple of customers already inside, so I’m not sure if these were just friends of the sandwich maker. Anyways, I was told to wait outside. It was raining and it was hot and I was tired from driving for 8+ hours, but I tried to stay positive. When I finally got my sub, I asked if I could use the restroom real quick. She said no and went back inside. I got really confused. Did something awful happen in Tallahassee in the last years that businesses are scared to even have customers in?? I felt like a criminal on the loose rather than a hungry/tired customer. Might as well rename this place to OJ Subs. Really wish I could give it 0 stars for ruining so many good memories for me. Never again. Sandwich was alright, but the appetite was definitely ruined.

I had been trying to eat at this place for a while but I either got there too late or their business hours changed seasonally for example in Summer their dining room is only open til 3PM which makes it a little more difficult to eat there unless you want to order it online. I personally recommend actually dining-in for your first time so you can get a feel for what the place has but other than the very odd summer hours and the fact that during the academic year it closes at 8pm I believe this place is pretty solid. I will be going back again over the course of the summer but during the year I’m sure this place is packed with more of a college crowd. I highly recommend everyone try this place at least once. They have a good variety of sauces with hot and cold sub options.
