I only stopped in for the first time today. The place seemed to be on power saver mode. It was dark and we stood there for a moment before calling out. I feel bad about it, because they really should be more busy than they were! It’s a very cute restaurant and the food was incredible. Some of the menu items were highly priced, but also looked like they were very high quality ingredients. What I had was a reasonable price, and we’ll proportioned. Their noodles are delicious

My soul food is pho. From the outside, the restaurant just blends into the rest of the strip mall, but from the moment you walk into the door, you’re submerged into a beautiful cultural atmosphere. Not sure the music was authentic to the culture, but I didn’t mind it because the pho was hot and delicious. Arrived with plenty of raw bean sprouts and fresh basil. The dumplings were yummy too! Can’t wait to go back!

Best egg rolls we have ever had, both of us. New Standard. The whole meal was delicious. Beef Pho and vermicelli w. Tofu. Spring rolls left a bit to be desired. Such kind service and warm generosity of Spirit and Heart. We used to come here a lot and haven’t for 5 or so years. So delighted to be back and welcomed so.

Food tasted fine, not bad not great, but the portions were far smaller than other Vietnamese restaurants, especially the meat portion. It was also a LOT more expensive than other Pho places, anywhere from 150-200% more ($12 rangoons, etc.). I love Vietnamese food so was really sad this was so expensive for such small amounts. Won’t be back.

Delicious food! All hot and tasty. Our sever was very nice. We had crabpuff appetizers and they were very well served and two large pork spring rolls. My brisket pho was hot, tasty, and huge! Hubby had Combination Nest which was delicious!

Pho is my go to when I feel a cold coming on and I need some comfort food. This is the best pho I’ve ever had and I am so grateful that they took the time to develop and elevate their vegetarian broth to a depth of flavor typically reserved for meat broth. Friendly fast service and a reasonable price for the quality. We will be back!

This place does not have good pho. I had the P8 with rare beef, brisket, and tripe and it was bland. The broth didnt have complexity of flavor like other pho in the Denver Metro. Overpriced and small portions. Do not eat here. They also use unlabelled (low quality) hoison and sriracha, and didn’t give a sauce plate to try them until asked. Seriously underwhelming, and outright insulting for the price.

Massively raised prices ($20 for a bowl of Pho) and service is very slow. We have been coming here for years but the price value simply isn’t there anymore. There are better Pho restaurants within a 15 minute drive with lower prices and bigger portions. Really a shame.

This place is WAY overpriced! I had just some spring rolls and a bowl of chicken pho. Food was OK but not fantastic. Bill for one person was $27! Didn’t even get a drink. Won’t be back.
