I have no problem with the food at this establishment, and 90% of the employees are great. Except for the one light skin girl with the long braids in there that always has a bad attitude, not polite at all. I was standing at the window to pick up my online order, she ignored me and went to a delivery driver, then proceeded to count money in her drawer, and not the money she was handed but a cpl $20 dollar bills she decided to pull out and observe. Meanwhile I still haven’t been greeted, or even spoken to. When her attention finally comes to me she glares and still doesn’t say a word. She ruins the whole experience. First time I chopped it up to having a bad day, but not every week I go in there and she has the same bad attitude as the weeks before. This isn’t a person who should be in customer service.. otherwise I order from here two or three times no issues, except when she is there

Order was placed at 930pm, and told 45mins to an hour and now I call and there is no answer so this is the first and LAST time I will ever deal with them and pls credit my $32.88 could of at least called us instead of us waiting it’s almost 11pm now unbelievable what kind of business does this??? Driver finally arrives at 1133pm getting the food out of her TRUNK that was packed down I will never order from here again and when called this morning they said $6 credit if I order today I’m never ordering again from there. Lesson learned.

The problem that I have at this time with Pete’s Pizza is when I ordered fried chicken wings from them twice, either they didn’t have the amount of chicken wings that I wanted, or they didn’t have any period. I canceled both orders because of it. I know that things happen, but the majority of times when you order something, their suppose to have it.
