Overall a good first visit. They were quite busy but we were seated quickly. The service was mildly friendly but fast. We got our food in less than 10 minutes. My biscuits and gravy was good, nothing great. Nothing really fancy, just a classic breakfast diner with good food.

Bayards is one of Salina’s best spots for getting a good meal at a very reasonable price. They offer a small town, sit down café atmosphere, with a very personable staff. I eat there, often during the weekend, with my family, and can always find something everyone likes thanks to their extensive menu. My family also always leave full, thanks to their larger portion sizes.
