Can’t say much about the food today, but I have eaten food from there before, and it is what I would expect. Service was great, but not the coffee I ordered. I was going to try something different for a change, but they gave me the Pike Place coffee, not the new flavor they were promoting. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

I ask for a cameral frap with cookie crumble. But when I received it, it had no cookie crumble. So, I let them know and the lady behind said she didnt make it so she didn’t know if it had any. I said it didn’t and the one that actually made it took it n just put cookie crumble in a cup and moved it from one cup to the other. Then hardly gave me any cool whip. Worse service I have had. This picture was taken when I stirred it. But the worker was very rude and hateful.

It’s located inside the mini-mall on Fort Leonard Wood by the food court section. You cannot really miss it. If you do miss it, I’d be very impressed. Recently, renovations made it all sorts of prettier on the interior of the store but I can’t tell the difference. Perhaps new tile on the walls. But if that is what makes one choose whether or not to visit, I hope it helps.

Only *one* sugar free flavor available for coffee. Sorry, I’ll be visiting Scooters, they have 3 sugar free flavors available. Plus, Scooters almond milk is sugar free. Starbucks doesn’t care about the needs of diabetics.

Very neat location. Located in the FLW mini mall next to the food court you can order a drink and have it done in under 4 minutes. The staff work very quickly and do a great job. Remain 6 feet apart though because… covid. I Definitely recommend the Chocolate Cookie Crumble Creme, VERY good frappe! They accept starbucks card on the app or apple wallet and all other sorts of payment to include tapping the module.

Been there multiple times and every time I’ve got the wrong order. Ranging from no milk to no coffee and all milk. Don’t know why they bother writing on the cup if they’re just going to ignore it. They need better training and oversight.
