Order messed up two weeks in a row. Ordered a medium ultimate pepperoni with light sauce and bacon. Last week heavy sauce and no bacon. This week heavy sauce again and 6 pieces of bacon. Both times Ordered using the app so it’s not like they could have misheard me over the phone, all they had to do was read what was selected.

Service was awful. I arrived to the store after the Domino’s app said that the order was baked and ready. Upon arriving, I made eye contact with the associate as she literally ran away. She disappeared around the corner of some shelving units and left me wondering if part of the order was forgotten. The radio was blasting at first but that went off moments after she went back there. To my disappointment, I waited at the counter for 6-7 minutes, even after calling out to the back of the store twice, but no one was around and no one showed up. Only after calling the store phone number — while standing there — and waiting for 30 more seconds for it to ring did she come out from the back. The complete order was waiting on a shelf so I can’t imagine why in God’s name she was in the back of the store while a customer was clearly waiting at the front. She even had the balls to say, “I’m sorry, I can’t hear anything at the back of the store.” Like, lady, I saw you sprinting away from me. Let’s not go there. Domino’s: do better!

“AshTree” is literally the worst delivery drive! Newsflash you work in customer service and you want to make tips, smile, be thankful, stop acting like the world owes you something! AshTree turns the pizza pouch and says, “here you go, “ and you need to pull your own food out! No hello, no thank you, no smile, no eye contact! Pizza is typically delicious here especially when they remember your toppings, cut it all the way threw, and don’t burn the gluten-free pizza that you spend a small fortune on!

I placed an order by phone. I worked with a nice person with not so nice English. She tried to help me but when I went to pick up the food the order was never placed. I’d recommend the app maybe? We decided to go to Marco’s instead. It’s just down the street.
