This place is awful. It is located at a very convenient spot coming into Athens. I stopped there because we were starving and had not eaten breakfast. Ordered kids chicken tender meal and adult tenders meal with fries. Neither had sauce in it. I always steal a fry from kids when buying fast food. Immediately spit it out. The fry was hard and tasted like it had been sitting there all day. I tried another all were hard. Was going to take the food back but my kids had already began eating the tenders which were also hard. I just considered it a lost and I had to buy my toddler more food. I should have known when there was not a line there at lunch time. My husband stopped there again during a recent visit to Athens I told him about my visit there he said that was one time and I should give it another try. I ordered a two piece which should have been a leg and thigh they didn’t have thighs so offered me two wings. I said that was fine. The biscuit was undercooked, the fries were again hard like they fry them at 10 and just let them sit the entire day and then they sprinkled more salt on them so they were very salty and the icing on the cake was as I picked up a wing it smelled weird so I broke it in half to expose the meat and it was brown! Like darker than dark meat. After that I threw the entire meal in the trash. Save yourself and don’t eat there. I know better now and they will not get me a third time.

Your restaurant was not clean. The backs of the wooden chairs were gummy and filthy. The drink machine was out of order. No Cole slaw. Floor was strewn with food and tras although it was 12:45 and only three people were in the restaurant. . The staff were laughing and talking so loud it was obnoxious. The worst thing was when the drive thru employee started brushing her red hair right beside the food. Although I usually like Bojangles, I am not going back to this location. Someone in management needs to take note of this. Thanks!

That’s it. I am done with this store. Every trip has gotten worse. Customer service is non-existent. No knowledgeable staff and slow service. Chicken overcooked, ordered slaw but received fries which were excessively seasoned. Food thrown into box, no condiments, not warm. Gave them the business for years but no more!

These people are lazy and always cussing I go in just about every time and they have no chicken sandwiches anymore I think they are just lazy they say they don’t start cooking lunch till 12 and want to serve you breakfast. I will not come back. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. I didn’t even get my food cuz they were out of everything.

Nightmare on Lexington road, this place is a disaster, I’ll never go again. Let me give you a glance at what happened. Imagine waiting in the drive through line patiently for several minutes and no one takes your order and all the cars that were ahead of you are no longer visible, you finally decide to drive up to the window, I explain no one took my order after several minutes perhaps the intercom speaker isn’t working. The window cashier replied, go back through the drive through and place your order, I told you to wait. A few pleasant words were exchanged and I requested to speak with a manager. She said no, she said you are holding up my line, I said no I want to speak to someone about this. She said I am the manager, I said that’s even worse than I thought, what kind of business is this…the so called manager finally came to the window with no name tag just like the incompetent lying cashier without a name tag saying she was the manager. Finally the so-called manager that came to the window offered me a free drink and she offered to take my order. I said I couldn’t digest your food if it was free, I will never go there again.

Don’t waste your time going to Bojangles on Lexington in Athens. Apparently they are out of chicken. I went through the drive thru to order a chicken sandwich and the girl said they were out of those. Unbelievable! I’m not sure if they are really out or the employees are just lazy.
