Placed an order today. They forgot 1 of 2 burgers. The 2nd was burnt to a crisp. Called to speak to a Manager. I told her what happened and she said what now? And then hung up on me. Tried calling back, no answer. Called again a few minutes later and the Manager answered. I asked for her name, nicely and she refused to give it. Hung up again. Still trying to get through so I can tell someone what happened…..15 minutes later, no answer. That’s OK. I will call in the morning and hopefully deal with an adult This girl has checked out and doesn’t care. Also if you respond with me having to email you a copy of my review, that’s not my job it’s yours. *update…my husband went to pickup his missing burger. He was offered no apology. Brought home a hot burger after 30 more minutes with 2 other customers in the store to eat with his cold tots. Opened up the burger…burnt.

It was my first time at Smashburger and it was a bit disappointing. Burgers was good but portion was super small for $11 or 12 each and it doesn’t come with any sides. We got a large smash fries on the side and the bill was $30 and I was still hungry afterwards. Luckily I brought my water bottle with me so I didn’t have to spend more money on a drink. Went home and made myself a ramen with egg which was actually pretty good.

Oh my…yum, yum, yum!! The Smash Tots were Delicious! My salad was so tasty and topped with a fried egg. My sister said best burger she has had in a long time. Very clean establishment. Friendly staff too.

MuMu & Nick We’re Great , they were very kind and helpful with my gluten free issue. I completely messed up my order and almost caused myself a complication with my allergy and took someone else food by accident. By this point I thought I’d for sure get kicked out and pushed way . Nope the complete opposite very calm very understanding, I’m a 100% P/t army veteran with tbi so it’s very much a struggle to think sometime and remember and they just helped so

Must try rosemary fries, so good. We ordered single Turkey burger meal and double cheeseburger meal. They offer 4 varieties of iced tea, I got orange cardamom turmeric. It was so refreshing and paired well with rosemary fries and turkey burger. I felt great afterwards and no food coma, can’t say the same for my daughter and her double. I can’t wait to go back.

Food was great for fast food. Service was understaffed and made several mistakes on our order and not providing everything in our order. Service was also weird in that, I know it was a joke but I don’t think you say certain things to customers. We had to clean our tables and the floors are coated in grease.

The food is aggressively mediocre and absolutely not worth $15 for burgers and fries. The fries tasted like they were reheated and incredibly chewy. The double avocado burger is also nothing to shout about. The bacon was not crispy and overcooked, avocados barely had any taste and while the bun looked nice, it added nothing to the flavor.
