Food was great! I had very tasty fish tacos & my friends had the fish fry. We had good size portions for a reasonable price. Our waitress was friendly, very accommodating and happy to go over details about the menu. ( our first time there). The owner was also so welcoming & friendly!!!It was a very enjoyable experience and we will definitely go back again.

Absolute WORST customer service EVER Friday night! The restaurant was not busy, but our server/aka the owner “Shelly” was very bothered that our party of 10 came in at 8:20pm. She abruptly and very rudely informed us that the kitchen closed at 9pm so if we wanted food to get the order in. She was noticeably bothered at any request, and for being the owner of the bar & grill was extremely RUDE. She did not smile once and was very argumentative. At one point, she stated “we no longer have punch cards, because times are tough”. You’d never have guessed the way you treated a party of 10 with a $170 bill. (Although the bill was slightly padded in my opinion, as we were charged for soda refills and a “takeout fee” on a soup that was served cold! The attitude Shelly served last night was tasteless! I’ll never patronize this business again.

It is my first Time here at Mustang Shelly’s. I have heard of the place before but I have never been here. I like this place. I stopped here because one of my Friends who also rides recommended it & it was also listed in my Kettle Moraine H.O.G. Chapter book for places to stop. Both of the bartenders who were working were really friendly. The food was Good. I ordered a Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburger with some French Fries & a glass of Coca – Cola. Particularly because I don’t drink & drive or drink & ride. The music there was Good too. It is a nice place
