It took 30 minutes to get 4 English muffin sandwiches, and there was only one family ahead of us. Then, to add insult to injury, the sandwiches were cold like they just took everything out and slapped it together. Another couple walked in behind us and said that location always takes forever. Being the first stop off the 90, you need to do better. Don’t stop here if you are in a hurry. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is a regular pit stop for us coming from the Toronto area down to Pennsylvania and back. It’s not a great Tim Horton’s but it does the job. Quality is not as good as what we get in Canada. We just get coffee and donuts here. The seating area inside looks nice enough to stop and sit a bit if you want. We prefer this location to the one on Peach Street because there’s much less traffic.

I hope Timothy Horton sees this because the woman who works third shift at this location deserves a raise…promotion….award idk. In a world of mediocre customer service everywhere you go, she SETS THE STANDARD. It seems like anywhere you go these days you get rude employees, bad wait times, and an order that wasn’t yours. This woman simply puts on for her city night after night without being asked. Friendly, great customer service, and leaves the customer wanting to come back. @MrHorton

Girl was too stuck up to take my order. After creating long line behind me the manager stopped what he was doing and got my order. I guess that was her way of pretending to have class and single someone out because she can.

Absolutely horrible. How can they serve something like this? The cheese isn’t even melted and the bread tastes disgusting and soggy. They also gave me my frozen hot chocolate spilling out the sides and said “be careful it’s spilling” like why would u not fix that ?

Employee very rude just cleaned machines and when asked about it being fixed they said over an hour. Didn’t have any of the special strawberry donuts or muffins. I wish I had the employee name to report. DONT go to this location!!!

Nice place. They have a Tim Horton’s (thats always good) in there as well. Last time i was there i got a slice of pizza…. from the crosbys side. an well lets just say it tasted a bit like cardboard. ;( Pizza was not good.

Alright, we had a longer order but it was all pretty standard items. Everything we ordered was made wrong and had all sorts of stuff we didn’t order on it, like the correct item, just over dressed. On top of that all the chip bags had what I assume was strawberry cream cheese on them. When we circled back to get our sandwiches corrected there were a lot of other people in the store who had all sorts of similar issues so I presume this is a known issue. The staff were always friendly and professional so I commend them for that. Not the fault of the store but when we left some dude started honking at us the moment we got in our car and started begging for money, when we said go away he must had driven around and harassed every other person at the place. In the future I’d just steer clear of this place all together.
