Whoever was working the headset this morning (9/7/22) at 7am deserves a raise. I love there coffee more than any other! That being said it is hit or miss with the customer service, there’s always new workers that are not trained well, and the drive thru line is always packed … there should be a way to just get beverages, and then if u want food or snacks you should have to go into the store….

This Tim Horton’s is my most convenient stop on my way to work. As of today I refuse to go back. Everyday I get my coffee here and only 2/10 times is my coffee right. Today I ordered breakfast which I rarely do and the hash browns were literally hard as rocks, couldn’t even eat them. Thanks
