Didn’t tell me the coffee price went up (reg). Can’t give you the meal price anymore. McDonald’s is out of my price range now, and I get eggshells in my egg sausage muffin . Even after asking them to be more careful. I don’t egg shells in my food.

Been here multiple times, window workers should work on not acting so miserable. Everytime I’ve been here and waiting for my food the person at the window whispers profanities under their breath everytime someone comes to the intercom… makes me wonder what they had said when I come to the intercom. Another thing is I have been through with a friend before getting some lunch, I asked the person to give me a few seconds to hear what my friend wants and all I heard was “oh my f-ing god” whispered under their breath. Be for real guys, if you’re that miserable working there go work somewhere else.

Broken ice cream machine, broken coffee machine. Ordered to go but got it to stay. Manager openly complains about her employees in front of us. Looks like they are understaffed. Food was ok.

It was a typical trip to Mcdonald’s. Nothing special. The food was okay, we got what we ordered and it was hot and somewhat fresh. The guy taking our order was nice and the lady who gave us our food was really sweet. There was zero line so that is really nice!!

Let me start by saying that this McDonald’s is my neighborhood location and I order from here A LOT. And 99% of the time they are lovely there and my orders have been spot on. Today, however, this was not the case. I am posting here for a couple of reasons…One – after how I was treated this morning I feel like I need to defend myself a little bit. Two – I can post a picture here and I think the picture speaks for itself. I order 3 scrambled eggs here for breakfast several times a month. It’s become my go-to breakfast when I don’t feel like making anything – because their scrambled eggs here are delicious! This morning I ordered 4 eggs but received a smaller portion than I normally do ordering just 3. Most times when this happens I just shrug it off and go on my way but this was so blatant that I had to go in a say something. When I did I was met with borderline rudeness from who I assume to be an assistant manager (based on her uniform). She essentially told me I was wrong, that she watched him make them herself, and that was that. When I pressed she no longer spoke to me, sending her employee to go get the manager. I soon heard her in the back saying how wrong I was and complaining about me. Then I heard the gal at the drive thru window saying something to the effect of “serve it raw.” I can only assume she was talking about me as I didn’t see anybody at the winder. I waited by the register for several minutes with no body acknowledging my presence there then finally the same gal that I originally spoke with came back with a bag and a “here you go.” I don’t normally do this but I had to take a picture, which I think speaks for itself. The top tray are the “4” eggs I was given with my original order and the bottom tray with the square eggs is of the 2 that I was given after I complained…

This McDonald’s has been great as far as service goes! Most of the drive thru employees are courteous & usually smiling. So far I haven’t had any issues with my food, or orders to complain about and my food has been hot & fresh. Now, if only other locations were like this!
