Delivery took forever, food was not hot, and they forgot my ranch. I called in to tell them the pizza was unsatisfactory and they kept me on hold forever, I just hung up, at this point I don’t think I want to deal with this franchise. Ordered the pizza deal spent $50. The worst pizza I’ve ever ate. Tasted like the pizza was sitting for over an hr or 2. I showed up the exact time pizza was supposed to be done. The pizza completely cold. The cookie cooked too long. Ridiculous when u spent so much on food and they quality stinks. @ least my wife left the staff a cash tip nice of her cause the food was trash. Another round table location I will no longer eat. Starting to belive don’t go to round table anymore, pizza guys has always given me hot food not tasting like left overs. & alot cheaper. I have tried almost every pizzas in sacramento area but this place is my best place. The mars and gabe helps me , they are very nice and helpful, knowledgeable. Food is always number 1 and good, pizzas are always delicious. The all staff is very helpful and always energetic. They all are doing really good job I highly appreciate you guy’s. Neat and clean place with bra decorations.

The food was fine… pizza seemed a little overly greasy but that seems normal. Breadsticks were fine and boneless chicken wings were as well. Service was horrible. The girl taking our order seemed confused … perhaps she was new but there seemed to be a manager there that could potentially help, but he didnt. There was one young man there that seemed to be hustling to get things done. All the tables were dirty… and we went in before the rush so they should have cleaned them. Disappointing.
