Ordered the 2 pizza’s for $20.99 special for dinner . 1 cheese pizza & 1 White pizza. When I opened the box for the cheese pizza it was super thin and the pizza was sliced up into little slithers. Yes slithers, like the slices a teacher with (1) pizza for a class of 28 kids would give out at the end of school pizza party. The pizza was so thin I swear all I tasted was the cheese and crust, no sauce. The White pizza was well okay…not cut up into slithers but flavorless. I expected better quality, better ingredients and better taste from Genova, unfortunately it didn’t deliver. So because of that we’ll stick to delivery from Papa Johns at least I know compared to Genova’s they have better ingredients and better pizza….Papa John’s

First time going to Genova’s and we can’t rave enough about their food! We got a variety of items (which I forgot to picture) and everything was excellent! My picky 15 & 7 year olds were even impressed! Service was excellent and everyone was very nice. This will definitely be in our top rotation of local places to eat! Well done Genova’s. The best pizza and sub joint around! I am not a pizza eater, but I swear they import their water from New York the crust is something special. It doesn’t give me acid reflux from their sauce. I have had their chicken Philly sub and their chicken sub and both are fab! So far nothing on the menu is disappointing. Their delivery is always quick and the app is so easy to use. This is easily in a top 5 rotation when we are picking what or where to eat at any given week.

Great cheese stakes and my favorite made fries. The bread on it’s own it’s a treat to eat. The meat portion was on the smaller side the first time we tried the subs, portions have gotten bigger and the full size sandwich is enough for two. It looks like my son and I will be dining here at least once a week. Keep up the great work!! Quick update! Their delivery service is superb!!!

Ordered 3 pizzas on Wednesday using their Beat the Clock special. Pizza was ready when I arrived 5 minutes early for pick up. Drove 3 minutes home and immediately served the pizza. Not only was it cold, but it was so thin and hard that when I picked up a slice, it didn’t move. It was like a board. I was disappointed and embarrassed as I was serving family that was visiting. I remembered people all excited that Genova’s was coming to Eldersburg and gave them a try. I’m NOT sure if this is their normal pizza , but I’m not taking any chances by ordering again.

My wife had the cheese steak and liked it. I had the Stromboli and although it was supposed to have meat in it, you had to look hard to find any. Literally there was about two slices of deli meat in the whole thing. With that said, the cheese and dough were perfect! The side sauce was also very good.

This was my second time having food from Genova’s but my first time at the Eldersburg location. I got the Pizza Sub with pepperoni added and an order of fries. The sub comes open-faced on their homage bread and was so yummy! The fries were cooked perfectly!

I have to say, it sure is nice for an establishment to own up to their mistake! My wife and I placed an order that there was a misunderstanding. Needless to say, when I returned home and found the error, I called, and Genova’s owned up to the error, remade the entrees, and delivered them to our house.

I wanted an Italian cold cut. I honestly never looked at the menu but that is on me! I ordered 2 Italian cold cuts. I ihave always gotten them from Genovas even when they were only in Hampstead. I thought they felt ‘light”. I opened it and I then investigated and found 2 meats and a thick slab of provolone cheese. The ham was dominant and there was a thin layer of salami. My photo is not caparable to their menu photo. The picture on line shows the salami. When did they dwindle down to 2 meats? It’s a ham and cheese with a couple pcs (and paper thin) of salami. I just need to keep making my own! I can’t figure out how to post!
