Good food. The people don’t seem to want to actually work at this place. One worker walked by the counter that had the soda found in with the straws and the plastic ware and the covers and it was trashed, he even dropped a cup on the floor and continued to walk away. The tables were filthy. There was one girl that I thought was a customer that kept getting up and going out into the back room. She did not have a uniform on.

Every time we go in, there is no food selection. The excuse they give is that the truck didn’t deliver. They charge the same price and don’t offer many of the toppings. Having no pico, lettuce, tomatoes, rice (yes, rice) etc. is unacceptable, maybe instead of telling me what you don’t have, tell me what you do have, the list would be shorter. The trash cans were overflowing in the lobby. They sold me two fountain sodas and the fountain soda machine was out of order! I think the store could be nice but it’s very poorly managed. So many employees standing around because they have nothing to sell…

I’ve been to this location quite a few times, hoping it would get better each time, but it doesn’t. Im not sure how they seem to get worse as time goes on, it’s truly a mystery. Today I ordered online to pick up when I arrived at my pick-up time, they could not find my order. After about 5 minutes they found the order and said they would begin making it. Instead, the employees were inside with their friends hanging out and making them food. Their friends were even behind the counter pointing out what food they wanted. Once I got home I found out my order was completely wrong and cold, I’m not sure how it would be cold if they had to make it right then and I live 3 minutes down the road. The staff was not rude, they were nice people, but I think management has a very loose grip on what happens at this location. I would recommend having a strict policy of no people that are not on the clock being behind the counter, this is a health concern, as well as not allowing the staff’s friends to hang out and cause a distraction. They have a good location, they just need good leadership and management.

Wow just wow is all I have to say at this locations service. I have never seen a restaurant space so filthy ever, tables were so dirty food everywhere in dining area. The food station was filthy, food dropping all over the counter Staff was fighting over who should clean it and no one ended up cleaning it the counter was used as is to prepare customer meal. I ordered a burrito, staff preparing my food was not trained properly at all. She could not figure out how to wrap a burrito.Staff was touching dirty counter and touching my food as well as putting her elbow on top of my food to smush it down it was disgusting to watch. Customers watching her suffer for 15 min before another staff replaced her due to the line of angry customers watching her butcher my wrap. The different staff touching my food was also touching other things like counter top that wasn’t clean, running back and forth into the kitchen not changing GLOVES and touched my burrito. Staff forgot to cash me and skipped over my to another customer meal as I stood there. ANOTHER Staff once again replaced the old one and accidentally added my order into the customers that were behind me order and I had to wait for them to fix that mistake staff was arguing about random things like who should be grilling chicken in front of customers while checking me out highly unprofessional as they made rude remarks at each other. I didn’t even eat that burrito after all the hands and germs that touched it. If I could honestly give a zero star rating I would that was utterly traumatic and disgusting to watch never will I be going back if you think about chipotle just go somewhere else it’s not worth it unless you really wanna get sick truly.

Everyone’s been telling me this place was rough and I didn’t believe them. After going in myself I must say I was very surprised at how empty this place was. There was very little options when making my burrito and the employee only said about 2 words I ordered a chicken burrito and got no chicken. Very dispointing I will not be coming back.

So glad to have found a Chipotle near by. Since they closed Augusta. While in Indiana we would eat here regularly. This one in Auburn WOW! The employees were SUPER friendly. That’s nice to see. The portions were great. Compared to Indiana Auburn Maine takes the win for me. Shout out to all the employees hard working Friday the 16th.

Ordered online and they didn’t have most of my items. I returned the food to the store and they refused to give me a refund stating that I ordered on the app. I called the people responsible through the app and they refused to give me a full refund stating they could only refund the Guac. The people where very rude on the phone stating ” Didn’t you hear me the first time.” They were talking over me. I said I don’t want a burrito with just beans and rice and they basically told me they could give me a Buy one get one free coupon. When I asked for a supervisor they told me that no one was available and they will call me back. I haven’t received a call back. I will never eat at another chipotle in my life after this experience and will be telling everyone I know about this. I hope the $15 was worth it.

Missing condiments, utensils, all 3 napkin dispensers were empty. It’s very dirty needs a good cleaning, tables and floor! I’ve seen cleaner McDonald’s and Burger Kings!
