Walked in at 10:30 and the two workers were staring at each other. I asked for a catering box and the fat lady said they needed 24-48hrs notice . Called the Jersey Mike’s 2 miles away and they had my same order ready in 20 mins. “Freaky fast subs”. Not at Union Deposit JJ’s.

Placed an online order here on 4/5/23. Picked up the subs and when we opened them up at home, they screwed up the toppings on both subs. Called and explained and they offered to remake them so went back in and picked up the two new subs. Took them home and opened up the new ones and surprise! They screwed them up again. Just asked for a refund this time but they couldn’t even manage to do that since the order had been placed online.

I was quoted prices that weren’t even posted on the board and when I got my sub it was the size of a slim even though they charged me for the medium size. Then the kid didn’t correct but just tried to justify. Welp, this along with the mold comment will pretty much make this my last visit to this establishment.

Sept 21 around 6:40, I stopped at the Union Deposit location. I grabbed cookies and waited to be greeted, NOTHING! There was some sort of training happening at the register which made it worse as we were practically face to face. I stood there for about 40 seconds without any acknowledgement. There was no greeting at all you used to get the big welcome, not anymore. I was the only patron. I left the cookies and took my business elsewhere. Although, my kids love this place I will NEVER come to this location again. Customer service has declined at this location! I value where I spend my money and there’s no excuse for a simple, “Be right with you.”

I love Jimmy John’s, but I will not be visiting this location again. I ordered online, and the tracking wasn’t updated by the employees which was inconvenient. However, the reason for the 1 star is the bread. It was hard and stale!! JJ’s bread is known for its deliciousness, but my order last night was a huge disappointment. In addition, my order requests were not fulfilled accurately at all and the bacon was soggy.
