Pickles are delicious! Hamburger was too! French fries didn’t have much flavor as the home fried potato chips. Service was excellent and enjoyed listening to the music.

The service and food were excellent tonight. I had the bison ribeye and it was excellent paired with a loaded baked potato and wedge salad. The salad was very tasty and a good size to start the meal. My friend had the bison burger. Drink refills were there before we asked for them which gets high marks from me.

Well, was excited to have a bison burger as I have had them before at other locations, but the burger here was nothing special. Meat was ok, but it was supposed to be spicy with pepper jack cheese and jalapenos, but it was blah. Barely even tasted them and very little flavor. And the fries were cold/stale. I usually don’t, but this time I asked to have them replaced. Second batch was hot and crispy. Why did they even serve the stale ones? And it was not busy. So no excuse. Server was friendly and brought us second drinks, but did not refill water and for most of the meal was nowhere to be found. I was done with burger before we got someone to find him to replace fries. Disappointed.

I’ve dined at this Ted’s more than a few times, but tonight was not on point. It took 15 minutes to get seated, even though we had a reservation for a table of 9. It also took 15 minutes to get a server, and only after a manager noticed we hadn’t been helped. Our drinks didn’t come out until the food arrived and we never received drink refills. Additionally, there was no soap or paper towels in the men’s restroom, and no toilet paper in the women’s restroom. We had to flag down the waiter to get our check. The restaurant was busy, but there were food runners and bar backs, so I don’t think understaffing was the issue. All the tables that had arrived after us had already left by the time we settled up, including other large parties. Although the staff was polite, it was a struggle to get basic service the whole night.

I wanted to visit Ted’s again after going to the one in Bozeman, MT and having great service & food there. This location did not disappoint! Our waitress was lovely and the food was excellent! I recommend Ted’s 100%, especially this location! If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll be stopping by for more bison nachos!
