For 1 Medium Pizza with 5 items, and 2 orders of pound and half of wings, and lunch size Alfredo with chicken came to $76. This was take out and picked up by customer… very pricey for 3 persons.

We have never ordered from Padrone’s before and will never order again. I know they were busy … The person answering the phone told me so when I called to find out where my order was. This was 20 minutes after they were late with our order, on an estimate of an hour delivery … So 1 hour and 20 minutes after I had ordered. The food finally came 2 hours after we had ordered … And it was cold. My son didn’t care about his pizza being cold. He ate it. I called to complain about the pasta being cold. We had ordered fettuccine. It was actually spaghetti noodles with Alfredo sauce. The manager said he would refund the money for the pasta. Fine, but then my husband opened his wings and half of them fell out onto the floor, because of the poor packaging. No surprise. The fettuccine had been half out of the packaging when it was delivered and the container was dirty. Dissatisfied and disappointed doesn’t even cover how I feel. They should have refunded the entire amount, but I’m not in the mood to argue. Just know I will never order from there again.

The staff were friendly. The seating area and the bathroom were clean. The rest can be summed up in my daughter’s pasta, which consisted of noodles congealed into a brick so unevenly cooked it literally needed to be cut with a knife, topped with a few pieces of diced tomato which somehow consituted marinara sauce, and a “salad” that wouldn’t feed a rabbit. Very, very disappointing.

I’m only giving a one since 0 isn’t an option. We called and asked if they delivered to a near by town….the guy who answered said “no and we don’t want to.” He hung up after. Incredibly rude. 8/27/22 @7:10pm for time frame. Seriously can’t believe an employee would think that was ok.

I order pizza there alot. Everything else is plain and flavorless. And cold unless i pick it up. I got a rewards card. And it says to just sign up n get a free 10 in pizza. Nothing at all. No way to sign up or scan or connection to the store. They are always empty. I see why

Service was okay, but they had one waitress for the entire restaurant. Now to be completely transparent I was in a group of at least 12 and we had a big order. She got my drink correct, but forgot half of my sandwich until I reminded her. When she brought my sandwich it wasn’t like the first half of the sandwich (was missing condiments and toppings).

I found it very poorly managed here. My boyfriend and I had a coupon for a free large pizza and breadsticks. I called 15 times before the phone was answered then to be told that they can’t take our order over the phone. We went down there and there was one person in the restaurant and the other was delivering. Very sad when your employees have this much stress from a job on their day off. No one deserves that for minimum wage ♀️
