Super disappointed they did away with the grilled chicken sandwich but the drive through crew on Monday 6/26 was awesome. So nice, so friendly, great service, really willing to make me happy, whatever it took! I was upset about the grilled chicken and was about to leave but decided to order for my husband and daughter anyway because of how nice they were!

2 adults #1 combo both under cooked. Clerk came out to bus tables nothing else said. 8/20/2023 about 2pm. Restrooms only accommodate 1 person at a time. Corporate needs to help these people out.

Stopped because it was the only thing open at 10:15 PM after traveling from Cleveland. We had to use the drive through. Ordered 2 $6 Biggie Bags. My son ordered his Double Stack without lettuce, mustard and onion.

I come through and get a classic pretzel bacon pub sandwich, the order taker rang it up as a single pretzel bacon pub and I then said that I wanted the classic again. He told me that it’s going to say single on the screen but I’m getting the classic, so I pull around to the window to pay and I told the order taker that I only want the classic not the single and he said yeah you are only getting the classic. I pay for it and he didn’t give me the receipt. So I head forward to get the food and I receive both the single and classic, they are both not the way I ordered the classic to begin with. So I pull back around and tell them that I didn’t want it, they take the single pub back and they ask me if I want the refund on my card or cash, so I say I want it back on my card. They proceed to close the window for a couple minutes then hand me cash. I will not be coming back to this Wendy’s again and do not recommend it to anyone. They then remade my classic sandwich the right way but slathered the whole bottom bun in pub cheese making it unable to pick up with your bare hands without making a mess. By the way the cheese was cold. My worst experience at Wendy’s.

If I could give a lower mark, I would. The general manager, Evelyn, was horrible at her position. I would not hire her for my establishment. She was rude and borderline ignorant. When presented with an opportunity to provide a positive customer service experience, she opted to display discontentment and disgust. And that was even before we got our food. Afterward, we received an incorrect item, which she did correct. A salad that was half wilted. Fries that were all clumped together. And a soda fountain that was out of nearly everything but sugar-free and diet options. We will not be returning to this location.

The lady taking the order at the drive-through wasn’t well organized and talked over me as I tried to place my order properly. She was trying to move vehicles through too fast and was hard to understand. Even the young lady st the first window was confused due to this. Also, due to this I did not receive all of my order.

Went thru the drive thru and they left out an order of fries, no big deal. Went inside and told the girl behind the counter and she starts to make them, proceeds to touch my fries with her bare hands and when I said something she looked puzzled. I told her I don’t even want em just don’t worry about it. As I went to walk out I asked her does she know why she shouldn’t do that and she just looked puzzled and didn’t say anything. She needs re-training on customer service and food handling.

Food is always good but sometimes I feel like the workers just hate the customers. I don’t know why… And I don’t know if they are just annoyed with their job or what. They’re never directly mean, but I always feel like I’m walking into a parent teacher conference and I know the teacher is going to bring up my bad behavior or something. It’s just a weird vibe.

The breakfast was fresh and hot. We did have to go back through the drive-thru due to not getting all of our order. I would have went inside but this location didn’t open its dining room. Had to wait about 10 more minutes to get the rest of our food.
