What a lovely lovely place for an easy, breezy lunch in Vail. Margo was our bartender and server and so wonderfully hospitable. We enjoyed all the food and drink here. The truffle Parmesan fries hit the spot. Power greens salad was super fresh, lightly dressed, and helped us meet our veggie quota for the day. The true winner was the absolutely tender and delicious lamb gyro. The meat was so juicy and cooked perfectly, served on perfectly toasted pita bread with a mountain of shaved lettuce, red onion and feta. Will be back soon, especially for that gyro!

Our waitress, Chloe was wonderful! But her boss Ian was absolutely awful. He came over to our table of 12 and said “I just yelled at Chloe so much in the kitchen for allowing you to split the check. I would have never done that and I will never allow it again. You better tip her big”. When we asked what the problem was, he said it “slows everything down by 10 minutes” (our group was in and out in an hour). He then said, “I don’t need you all. Obviously I’m incredibly successful. Look around.” And proceeded to click the tablet for 30% tips for each check. Ian was absolutely horrid and made our experience incredibly awkward.

Had a great lunch here. The atmosphere is lovely; the mountain modern decor works very well and the patio tables are a great spot to people watch. Our server was friendly and fun, and made the meal really enjoyable. It was my first time here but I’ll be back.
