Simply walk up to the window and order. We ordered a dozen hot’amales and they were ready within a couple minutes. Took em back to our hotel and enjoyed the hell out of em. Delicious!

Recommended by my boss and a 45 minute drive, but 1000000% worth it! That chili dog tho… all the yes. Those tamales smelled so good and they tasted even better. Even cold for lunch the next day! (Add cheese and eat them with a crunchy pretzel chip or a cracker. You will have NO regrets!) Excellent service by some really nice people just tied it right up. 15/10, will come back!!

Do not confuse this place with the restaurant. This is a pickup only establishment. I live 3 hours away and when I travel down south I always make the stop. If you are not afraid of grease then this is the place to go! I’ve been coming to this place for over 20 years. Best tamales I’ve ever had…..always consistent, never disappointed, the food is always great!

Love, Love, Love! This is my hometown favorite! I always stop and get tamales and burgers from here. They are the absolute BEST in Vicksburg! No other Tamale place makes Tamales like the Tamale Place. I have been going to them well over 20 years! My family has been going to them far as I can remember as a child. I recommend the Tamale Place to anyone that is visiting Vicksburg, MS. It’s a must. Additionally the service time is fast and food is always fresh and hot.
