The reviews were all positive and accurate, the food is great. Service is excellent and quick, our server was wonderful. My wife and I had breakfast burritos: she had the ham and I had the chorizo breakfast burrito. The ingredients are fresh and the food is authentic and well prepared.

Yes yes yes. Make your way here. The food is great. The portions are large. We split the plate below and could barely finish it. We dined in and the place is plain but the service is terrific. The young woman that served us was knowledgeable, pleasant, prompt and appreciative. Everything you hope for in a server. We will be back. Easy parking near the door.

This is a little local Mexican restaurant on the newly remodeled section of San Pablo. The chips and salsa appear to be home made, but chips were served cold, not very appetizing. I had the Chile relleno omelet. The sauces and food were pretty good. But I was very disappointed with the omelet. The chili relleno was almost frozen in the center. The cheese was not melted. I tried to get my servers attention a few times, but he never came back around. No refills, no follow-up, etc. I finally told him when he brought the check, but by then, I had eaten most of it. He didn’t offer to correct the issue or anything. he just kind of shrugged it off.

Absolutely delicious. My wife and I came here while spending a weekend at Palm Desert . I am so glad that we stumbled upon it, the ambience is amazing, the staff is friendly, and the food is amazing. We loved it so much we came again on our second day here. Every time we come to Palm Desert El Rodeo Cafe will surely see us again. Thank you so much!

Prices are great, I paid $6 for a very tasty and filling lunch. $6! Food is great, everything tasted very fresh and flavorful. Dishes seem authentic and well prepared. The atmosphere was very nice. The restaurant was very clean. Plenty of fun Mexican and rodeo themed decor. Overall a great place.

It use to be a gem for the locals but now it’s over packed. Still great food, good service but the restaurant is small so you may prefer outside seating. Chille Rellenos is my favorite plate here. And I feel when I or anyone, is placing a review on a Mexican restaurant, you must pick out a dish that requires a lot of prepping. Their Chille Rellenos are spectacular! The regular breakfast options are mediocre. But nice size menu.

Worse case of food poisoning. I had their chicken chilaquiles yesterday and I have been so sick. I definitely won’t be going back here again. I have never had food poisoning before.

Food is good,a little to pricey, chilaquiles aren’t good enough for the price.

Great little Mexican spot with delicious food at a fair price. Especially loved the chilaquiles and eggs. The service could have been slightly more attentive but overall was not a bad experience. Their menu has a wide variety of options that should satisfy anyone craving Mexican food.
