Came here with my kids around 11 am on a Saturday morning and waited a while to be helped and then waited over 20 minutes for our order. The staff was running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. Obviously nothing was ready despite being opened for an hour. When we finally got our food there was no apology for the wait or acknowledgement of poor customer service but at least the food was well made and fresh. Will not be returning

Had lunch today inside the restaraunt around 120pm….I couldn’t believe how nasty and dirty this place is inside,from the condiments area,the soda fountain,the corner area where the trash car is,the floor was nasty and dirty…this place needs immediate attention from the owners and the city……Will not eat there again,I can only image what the cooking and fridge area looks like.. yuck…

Arby’s food is typically consistent and today was no different. Cherry turnovers for dessert were good and glad they had them, turnovers seem to be an item that is out often, especially cherry. Service was a little slower then the norm but friendly, grace and mercy. The place is remodeled inside and is nice.

This location was updated a while back but still holds its clean appearance. The inside is well kept and the food is prepared as expected. They occasionally get shy with the cheddar, but that’s not a deal breaker. The only suggestion I would give is to ask the gentleman working the front cash wrap to turn the volume down a little. He is very loud when he speaks.

The food was good but the service was really BAD and the manager didn’t care. They are under trained and the lobby was dirty. We were the only customer in the store. All the staff was just standing around talking to each other. I think that’s just bad management

Foods okay, service okay. The three stars is for their flavored lemonade. Their sizes are laughable. A medium comes in a child size cup, it was tiny. I’m assuming a large would be in a medium cup, for over three dollars. So NOT worth it.
