My meal consisted of Mashed potatoes with little nuggets, corn and gravy, of course with the soft drink on the side. The mash potatoes was “okay” but could be better. What disappointed me were the little nuggets, they were cold and hard.

If I can give 0 or negative star, I would have given that..one of the most horrible food I have eaten in. my life. Order 8 piece family meal and 18 pieces Nashville hot wings. Chicken was cold and full of oil, lifeless and disgusting. I will sue them if me or my family get food poisoning. Please do not go to this franchise for KFC. There are better local fried chicken centers in Fair Lawn, Englewood Park and Saddle Brook than this lousy KFC, I am writing this review after an hour and still have the horrible taste in my mouth. Paid $48 for the order.

This restaurant is really nice and quite but the soda machine need to be fix and I went to the ladies bathroom I found a plug all the way up high you guys should remove that and always keep both bathrooms clean and unlock.

Ordered 2 pot pies, fries & an original chicken breast. Everything was great except the chicken breast. It was so stale & hard, it had to be there from lunch. It was harder than the extra crispy. We were there at 5:10pm. Unreal that there is no quality control for the best selling item they are known for.

This is not meant for the order takers and workers up front… but what happened to the original recipe? I haven’t gone to KFC in yrs and just went this past Sunday, and let me tell you, this chicken was so dry and super greasy and tasteless I chewed and chewed on it… totally gross… o and no more potato wedges??? All that’s left is super greasy fries with no taste… the good KFC is definitely dead… will never eat there again

Please avoid going to this location, they made my order wrong twice. They do not have any motivation of working at all. people in that location are not good workers, they didn’t care about the customer. I was there for like 18 min waiting for them to fixed my order. However, they didn’t fixed it correctly and I ended up having to get a refund because I was so frustrated because my lunch time was almost gone. I love KFC but this location is not good. perhaps, I didn’t even recibe an apology for their mistake only actitud from the manager.

Chicken is dry, looked old and dehydrated. KFC flavor is not there anymore. Corn is terrible like a leftover. Very disappointed. I will not recommend. See pictures….
