Ordered a large with pickle on the side. Grilled onions and bacon. The pickle onions and bacon was not on the sandwhich. The meet stopps 3 inches short on each side. Paid more for 6 inches of bread. Paid extra for bacon. I used to love this place. I dont understand why they have gone so far down hill. The meat on my sandwhich didnt just not go to the end. The amount of meat i had on my large was the same amount my son received on his small. Just lack of care.

I ordered a sub. The sub was great. I don’t know why the cashier can not ask if you are a rewards member. Every time I go into this location the cashier does not ask. I end up having to upload the receipt through the app. It’s a pain in the a$$. I called and spoke to Kenny the manager. The way Kenny the manager was acting and talking he doesn’t care.I told him I will go to a different location and his response was ok. Seriously, what kind of manager wants customers to go to a different location? The only thing I can think is the manager who doesn’t care.

Went to Firehouse subs on Wednesday night, for the 1st time on W lakemead and the young lady who is shift lead was amazing had a great attitude, recommended the Cajun chicken sub which was delicious. If I could give her more then 5 stars I would awesome customer service and very helpful and friendly great attitude. You should be very happy to have a person like her working for you. Thanks again young lady ill definitely be coming back to eat there again.

Food is great the hours are not. They need and will have to understand this city is 24/7/365 all year round. If they can not accept it move out. Workers come home 2am, 4am, 5am. And I am not talking about cops, fire ect but real workers called Casino, Construction ect which none of you know about. You’re not a bank so no 9 to 5 for you anymore.

I walked in at 8:45pm and was told they are closing soon so they won’t take my order. When I asked why I come to this location often and have never had this experience. Matt the shift leader stated they were closing soon and won’t take anymore orders. Another customer came in after me and was denied also. With how busy this location is I can imagine the amount of money lost out on, on top of poor customer service. I will no longer go to this location if younger people are given management opportunities please take the time out to explain to them the importance of common business practices like staying open during the hours posted, compassion and empathy, and integrity.
