Atmosphere, lol it’s located in a gravel parking lot next to a truck stop. That being said, the prices are pretty good for what you get and the food is really good. The garlic Naan Bread is made to order and it’s delicious. If you like Indian food, you’ll probably love this.

Curry Bai Indian food truck hit the spot after 75 miles on the bike. I ordered 2 large entrees (tiki masala and cauliflower curry), rice and salad. Just the right spice level (I like it ). Unfortunately they are in the corner of a busy loud truck stop without any seating.

Exceptional customer service from friendly staff. The goat curry is delicious, with tender meat and balanced flavors. Butter chicken is equally impressive, with a rich and creamy sauce. Hidden gem for delicious Punjabi curries. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Highly recommended for a good food!

Stopped in for lunch today, ordered chicken tikka and garlic naan. The guy was very nice, the food was quick, and the truck looked very clean and organized. It was delicious, they use chicken thighs so it’s more flavorful, there was fresh cilantro on top, perfectly seasoned. Fresh herbs are always a big plus for me. Love this new truck stop Indian food truck trend. 10/10 will be back.

Curry Bai is delicious Punjabi food! If you are driving on the I 5 at the Coburn turn off there is a food truck that has the best authentic curry I have had in the states. Highly recommend stopping there if you have a chance. The staff/owner were lovely, friendly and they gave very generous portions.
