We were in town for a show at the Capital Center for the Arts. Decided to stop in The Draft because of it’s proximity to the Capital Center. First impression… could use some updating. looks a little “tired.” We were greeted promptly by our server, but she did not introduce herself. Found out her name was Amy when she came back with our drinks. Overall, Amy was very friendly and attentive. Cocktails, we thought, were a little small and a little weak. Beer selection was pretty good. We started with the soft pretzel appetizer. It was excellent. I got the steak and cheese with onion rings. My friend got the reuben with fries. The reuben, fries and onion rings were excellent. The steak however was lacking. Wasn’t horrible, but not great either. It was swimming in cheese sauce. The amount of cheese overtook the sandwich making it difficult the taste anything else. The steak itself was a little bland as well.

Dinner at The Draft never disappoints. A unique door (it looks like a garage door) and dependable service it’s a great place to grab a drink or food. It has one of the best decks in Concord and a great view.

Went to the draft before a show with a group of 6. Server was very friendly however was very dissatisfied with the meals. Several of the plates were over done. They comp two of them just feel like the food has gone down hill.
