Gave me the wrong order. I’m vegetarian and got a pepperoni and beef pizza with mushrooms. Literally read my name and confirmed with me at the store. I find out 15 minutes later when I’m home completely devastated. I would rate one star but they offered me a free pizza next time when I called so 2 stars. I sincerely hope they honor this request. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDERS AT STORE WHEN GOING TO THIS DOMINOS

They’ve changed Pizza crust and didn’t have proper toppings either than what was in order/receipt. I have this experience 2 times in a row.. first time I didn’t put any reviews expecting that maybe it was a mistake but happened twice in a row so probably worst Domino’s Pizza location if they don’t provide what we’re ordering for or make changes as they see fit without telling us. Certainly experience has been better with other Domino’s Pizza locations.

Pizza is good however service is horrible! customer service needs to improve we ordered a pizza for delivery large pizza with wings before we even placed our order we told the person on the other lines to please tell driver to bring change to break $100 we placed our order and the guy said let me put you on hold to double check driver has change. we were put on hold for like 5 min then hung up on we kept calling back and they were purposely ignoring our calls how do we know they were well I told my spouse to call from her phone and guy picked up immediately my wife asked for an update on our delivery he stated no order for that address was made so my wife said ok well can we place an order for delivery and please tell driver to bring change to break $100 then we here some argument in the background between the two workers speaking in hindu and get hung up on again! we call back and now my wife began to be ignored we do not understand what was the problem we were not rude or mean even when they stated no order was made I believe the problem was they just didn’t want to make any more deliveries since it was 10 min before 10pm or they simply didn’t have change no matter what the reason it’s unfair to just hang up on ppl and ignore them but we thank them for that now because we discovered a new pizza joint with AMAZING pizza and CUSTOMER SERVICE called PIZZA GUYS ON WINCHESTER AND THEY DO DELIVER AND THAT DELIVERY GUY GOT A HUGE TIP. date of let down was 01/02/23 @9:50 pm

Do not order here I ordered online at 10:15am then received a call from them at 10:45 am saying that my pizza could not be delivered until 12:30 pm if I was not ok with this then he would cancel the order and basically hung up on me not normally the type to post reviews but this made me feel some type of way

I ordered Buffalo chicken sandwich for lunch. I work at the hospital and to my dismay there was only one tiny piece of chicken lucky if it was a quarter inch in size on each half of my sandwich. Please see the picture I posted. That little beige square is the piece of chicken

Placed an online order for pick up and to pay at the store. It was 15 and some change. At first when I got there they charged me full regular price. Which came out to be 40 something dollars. When I told them it was an online coupon they told me they could not charge me the online price as they could not pull it up. After they discussed with their manager they informed me the best they could do would be 26 dollars. I used to order from here but now I’m off dominos. Just gonna order papa John’s or pizza hut now.

This location enables loitering of a bum that disturbs everybody’s peace with his aggressive & confrontational nature, not to mention the extremely vulgar music he blasts on his $200 speaker. He loves instigating fights & arguments with customers and it doesn’t seem management or staff really cares about the safety of paying patrons just coming to pick up their food. Save yourself the harassment and take your business to another location! Unless you got some aggression in you, then come on down & introduce yourself to their door greeter.
