as for the complaints, coffee shops are generally smaller spaces….you don’t go there to eat a five course meal. usually any discrepancy in order, the staff has always offered up the correct (or wrongly described or wrongly heard item) item at no charge or reimbursed the difference, in my experience anyways…….anywhere.

This is a well-managed Starbucks. Usually unbelievably busy, but they do a great job. Fast, efficient, and they even learned our names. Love this place. It’s a cramped store, but the staff makes up for it times 10.

Asked for a Venti, they gave us a grande. No big deal, but when we asked about it they argued with us and spoke to us as if they were scolding a child. As someone who works in customer service it was definitely not the way to handle the situation.
