Waited 15 minutes just to place an order, and then waited another 20 before it was “ready.” I guess online customers are more important…ordered an 8 piece extra crispy and got only wings and drumsticks. $22 for what adds up to a kids meal. Staff was rude.

This is my third trip in recent months to this KFC location. For the third time, my order could not be completed as placed and they substituted. The substitutes do not seem to add up to the same value as what they were to replace. For the third time, I stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes before someone came forward from the back to take my order. I do not recommend this location. The food is yummy ( It is KFC afterall ) but the logistics here are off.

I went through the drive-through yesterday and knew that their five dollar fill up was no longer available and has not been for a couple of years. So I got the number 1, dark original recipe and it came to eight dollars and change for this order. When I got back to open the box, the chicken leg, and the chicken thigh were so tiny, they looked more like winglets something you would find in an appetizer box. I am very disappointed. This could not have happened by mistake. This happened because of their choice to buy much smaller chicken to save money. I wish I had known. I would’ve went somewhere else.

Not up to Pollos standards. Half an hour wait on 6 pieces of chicken. Biscuits were undercooked. Staff was nice, say for One employee who was angrily yelling in the kitchen. Will not be returning here for quite some time I fear.

This is hands down the WORST kfc I have ever had out of the 8 states I have lived in my life. The cole slaw was super dry, the mashed potatoes were dry and tasted like cigarettes, the popcorn chicken was stale and dry, and the chicken was once again completely dry….I expect this type of food in inner city Indy KFCs, but they need to close this one down…too bad of food to represent the city of Carmel…i attached a picture of how one of the pieces of chicken was given to us as well out of the package….i threw the food out after eating a couple bites and went to another place near my house to eat….AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I’ve never gotten burnt chicken at a KFC before, so there’s that. Also, the gravy and/or potatoes tasted like menthol cigarettes smell. I’m still not quite sure what to make of that.. and I have no idea if it relates to the workers what were outside smoking.. but I won’t be coming back.
